Terms of Service – AI Video, Face Swap: Editor

Welcome to AI Video & Face Swap: Editor, a mobile artificial intelligence video and image editing and transformation technology application developed and operated by MB Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama A.Ş. By accessing or using the AI Video & Face Swap: Editor mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

AI Video & Face Swap: Editor is an AI-powered multimedia tool that allows users to upload photos or videos and generate AI-driven visual outputs, including but not limited to AI-generated videos, images, face-swapped media, and various artistic transformations.

The App provides AI-generated previews based on user inputs such as uploaded media, selected styles, or text prompts.

All outputs are generated for personal, non-commercial use only and are intended for creative and visualization purposes.

The App does not provide professional cinematic, legal, or identity-related advice.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App operates on a credit-based system that includes auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time consumable credit purchases.

Subscriptions & Credit Purchases

• Users may access limited features for free.
• To generate AI content (videos or images), users must use credits.
• Credits can be obtained via the following subscription plans:
• Weekly Pack (Trial): $4.99 / week (Contains 100 Credits) - May include a 7-day free trial.
• Weekly Pack: $9.99 / week (Contains 100 Credits)
• Yearly Pack: $39.99 / year (Contains 250 Credits)

Consumable Credits (In-App Purchases) The App also offers one-time consumable credit packages for immediate use:

• Starter Pack: $6.99 – Contains 50 credits
• Standard Pack: $14.99 – Contains 150 credits
• Studio Pack: $34.99 – Contains 500 credits

Unused consumable credits do not expire unless otherwise stated. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Free Trial & Subscription Billing

• Free Trial: If a 7-day free trial is offered and not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the specified weekly price.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

The App does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their respective policies.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI Video & Face Swap: Editor generates visual content using artificial intelligence. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results may vary and may not always be accurate, realistic, or meet specific aesthetic expectations.
• Outputs are previews and do not guarantee real-life results or technical perfection.
• The App is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. User Content & Permissions

By uploading photos, videos, or other content to the App, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the legal right/consent to use it (including the consent of any individuals appearing in the media).
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• You grant the App a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive, defame, or impersonate others.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or security mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, AI architectures, software, and branding within the App are owned by MB Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama A.Ş. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Advertising & Analytics

AI Video & Face Swap: Editor may use third-party tools for analytics, attribution, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

• Adapty – Subscription & revenue tracking
• AppsFlyer – Marketing attribution
• Google & Apple SDKs – Analytics, crash reporting, billing
• Advertising Networks – Such as Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads

These services may collect non-personally identifiable data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

• These Terms are violated
• Misuse or abuse of the App is detected
• Required by legal or technical reasons

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or its AI outputs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
